Alberta Agriculture’s Lethbridge Cropping Systems group will take a walking tour of research on “Jail Land” including peas, lentils, faba beans and soybeans. Tour includes eight different projects on site, and a demonstration related to a ninth project that is not available at this location. Applied for 2 CCA CEUs for this tour. These plots are just south of the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre on the eastern outskirts of Lethbridge. From the intersection of 43^rd street, take highway 512 (“Jail Road”) approximately 1.2 km east, turn south on Range Road 21-2 (“Research Centre Road”) for 800m and then 400m east to the property gate.
