The keynote speaker for the day will be the Sprayers Guy, Tom Wolf presenting on recirculating booms and optical spot spraying. Speakers also include a Dry Bean Variety Update from Dr. Parthiba Balasubramanian; Pulse Crop Disease Update from Dr. Syama Chatterton; Rob Dunn on Water Management in Drought Conditions; Navigating Trade Barriers for Canadian Pulses from Mac Ross of Pulse Canada; Dan Johnson on What to expect for grasshoppers in 2022; and Keven Sawchuk on Market Fundamentals for Pulses in a Covid World.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Alberta Pulse Growers will follow all provincial, municipal, and venue guidelines that are in place at the time of the meeting.
RESTRICTIONS EXEMPTION PROGRAM
The venue is participating in the Government of Alberta’s Restrictions Exemption program.
Access to the conference facilities will require attendees (over the age of 11) to be screened for one of the following at the point of entry:
- Proof of vaccination; or
- Proof of a negative privately-paid test result from a sample that is taken within the prior 72 hours (Results from Alberta Health Services are not eligible for consideration for this program), or
- An original (non-copied) medical exception letter
The Restrictions Exemption Program requires that masks be worn at all times when not seated and eating and drinking.
