Faba Bean Feed Benchmark Report Nov. 25/18 NOV 27 2018 | Producers

Values for all feed ingredients across western Canada remained relatively stable over the past two weeks with a few exceptions. Feed barley and wheat prices increased by $5-10/T in Alberta based on heavy local demand. Corn DDGS prices continued to climb by $10-15/T in every province based on stronger US selling prices and a weaker Canadian dollar. Soybean meal values across the west remained unchanged but canola meal in Saskatchewan and Alberta climbed by $20-25/T due to limited supplies. Feed pea prices remained unchanged in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, trading for $260/T in Manitoba and $250/T in Saskatchewan. Values in Alberta inched higher, with trades up to $265/T.
